Easter morning
I bought along the things I made at Kindy for our Easter. I wanted to make sure the Easter Bunny knew where we were.
Easter Egg Hunt
The Easter Bunny found out where we were staying. Mrs Colston, Mummy saw the Easter bunny's tail as it jumped the fence. It was as quick as a flash, she said.
V8 SuperCars transporter
We stopped at Yunta in South Australia to refuel our car. Whilst we were there, two big V8 SuperCar transporters, like Mack in Cars the movie, also stopped to refuel. We took the above photo and the truck driver gave us two V8 SuperCars supporter caps. GO THE FORDS, my Dad says!!
Nuttbush Retreat
Leaving Broken Hill in New South Wales, we travelled across the border into South Australia. We drove through Port Augusta and went west, just before Iron Knob, to a working sheep property which is also a Caravan/Campers retreat. Due to the Easter holidays we missed out by two days, to see the shearing of the sheep. Grandma and Grandpa's neighbours have sheep and every Father's Day their sheep get shorn. www.nuttbush.com.au
